University Groups, Church Groups & Guests
Tantur frequently hosts programs, pilgrimages and conferences designed and organized by individuals affiliated with various Church organizations or Universities and Colleges throughout the world. These include “study abroad” programs of anywhere from two weeks to an entire semester in length. Some of the groups who have made, or will soon make, Tantur their home while studying and/or touring in the Holy Land includes:

- The Middle East Study Program of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities
- Princeton Theological Seminary
- St. Mary’s University College
- Messiah College
- University of Maryland
- University of Chicago
- Ambrose College
- Westmont College
- Compassion, Peace and Justice unit of the Presbyterian Church (USA)
- Australian Catholic study group
- Manitoba Mennonite group
- Maryknoll Sisters from the Philippines
- Alaska Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church
The Tantur staff is available to help develop a program for any such group, if requested. Space is limited and certain months are booked up to two years in advance. All inquiries for groups should be sent to the Rector at tantur@netvision.net.il.
In addition, Tantur is pleased to welcome individual guests and families who find themselves in Jerusalem for business and/or pleasure. All inquiries for individual rooms should be made through the House Manager at llowe@tantur.org.
