Prof. Alberto Guasco

Prof. Alberto Guasco, a scholar in resident during the autumn of 2014 at Tantur Ecumenical Institute,  has recently completed research on the early years of Tantur through a Theodore Hesburgh Research Travel Grant issued through the Cushwa Center for American Catholicism at the University of Notre Dame.   Since his time at Tantur, Prof. Guasco has returned for a co-hosted lecture with Bethlehem University entitled The Ecumenical Vision of Pope Paul VI and is currently involved various researching and lecturing at various academic institutions in Italy as well as guest-hosting a podcast on religion and culture in the Italian language.   In his most recent research on the early history of Tantur Ecumenical Institute, Alberto spent a month at the University of Notre Dame Archives collecting his research.
