Tantur provides an atmosphere of mutual respect for and understanding of all its residents, whatever their level of study. The pattern of daily life, both personal and communal, reflects the values which are the foundation of Tantur: Christian, international, intercultural and foremost ecumenical.
Tantur nourishes the residential life with common prayer services. We encourage residents to follow faithfully the liturgical traditions and disciplines of their own Christian communion. Common faith is expressed in prayers that lift our spirits as one voice, while we face our divergences honestly and with respect.
